Algus Profundus: Protector of the Deep

Algus Profundus was a seaweed monster that lived in the deepest part of the ocean. He was a loyal friend and servant of Poseidon, the god of the sea. He had a special ability to sense any disturbance or danger in the water and alert his master. He also had a powerful grip and a sharp bite that he used to defend himself and his allies.

One day, Algus Profundus felt a strange vibration in the water. He followed it to the source and saw a huge metal ship with a long drill attached to it. The ship was drilling into the ocean floor, causing noise and pollution. Algus Profundus was angry and curious. He wondered what the ship was doing and why it was harming his home.

He decided to investigate and swam closer to the ship. He saw many humans inside the ship, wearing helmets and suits. They were looking at screens and pushing buttons. They seemed to be searching for something under the sea. Algus Profundus did not understand what they were doing, but he knew they were not welcome.

He decided to scare them away and attacked the ship. He wrapped his seaweed tendrils around the drill and pulled it hard. He heard a loud crack and saw sparks flying. The drill broke off and fell to the ocean floor. The humans inside the ship panicked and shouted. They tried to steer the ship away, but Algus Profundus was faster. He grabbed the ship’s propeller and stopped it from moving. He then bit into the ship’s hull and made a hole in it. Water started to flood into the ship.

The humans realized they were in trouble and activated an emergency signal. They put on life jackets and escaped pods and left the ship. Algus Profundus watched them go and felt satisfied. He had protected his home and his master from the invaders.

He then swam back to Poseidon’s palace and reported what he had done. Poseidon praised him for his bravery and loyalty. He gave him a pearl necklace as a reward and thanked him for his service. Algus Profundus felt proud and happy. He had done his duty as a friend of Poseidon.

The people who had escaped from the ship were rescued by another ship. They told their leader what had happened and showed him the video footage of the seaweed monster. The leader was furious and intrigued. He wanted to know what the seaweed monster was and how to defeat it. He also wanted to know what was under the ocean floor that the drill had detected. He suspected it was a valuable mineral or a new energy source.

He decided to send another ship with more weapons and security. He also hired a team of experts and mercenaries to help him. He was determined to get what he wanted and to destroy the seaweed monster.

The new ship arrived at the same spot where the old ship had been attacked. The leader and his team boarded the ship and prepared to drill again. They had a sonar device that could detect any movement in the water. They also had a harpoon gun that could shoot a metal spear with a strong electric current. They hoped to catch and kill the seaweed monster.

They started to drill again and ignored the noise and pollution they were causing. They did not care about the ocean or its creatures. They only cared about their own greed and curiosity.

Algus Profundus felt the vibration again and knew the invaders were back. He was angry and ready to fight. He swam towards the ship and saw that it was bigger and stronger than before. He also saw that it had more humans and more weapons. He was not afraid, but he knew he needed help.

He sent a signal to Poseidon and asked for his assistance. Poseidon heard his call and agreed to help him. He summoned his army of sea creatures and warriors and ordered them to follow Algus Profundus. He also gave him a trident that could shoot lightning bolts. He told him to be careful and to protect the ocean.

Algus Profundus thanked Poseidon and took the trident. He led the army of sea creatures and warriors to the ship. He saw that the drill had reached the ocean floor and was about to break through. He knew he had to stop it before it was too late.

He attacked the ship with his trident and his seaweed tendrils. He shot lightning bolts at the drill and pulled it hard. He heard another loud crack and saw sparks flying. The drill broke off again and fell to the ocean floor.

The humans inside the ship were shocked and angry. They saw Algus Profundus on their sonar device and recognized him as the seaweed monster. They also saw a large group of sea creatures and warriors behind him. They realized they were under attack.

They activated their harpoon gun and aimed it at Algus Profundus. They fired a metal spear with a strong electric current at him. Algus Profundus dodged the spear, but it hit one of his friends, a dolphin, instead. The dolphin screamed in pain and fell unconscious.

Algus Profundus was sad and furious. He saw his friend’s injury and felt his anger rising. He charged at the ship with his trident and his seaweed tendrils. He stabbed the ship’s hull with his trident and made another hole in it. He wrapped his seaweed tendrils around the ship’s propeller and stopped it from moving.

The humans inside the ship panicked and fired another harpoon at Algus Profundus. This time, they hit him in his chest. Algus Profundus felt a sharp pain and a strong shock in his body. He dropped his trident and let go of his seaweed tendrils.

The humans inside the ship cheered and thought they had won. They tried to steer the ship away, but they were too late.

Poseidon had arrived with his army of sea creatures and warriors. He saw Algus Profundus’s wound and felt his rage boiling. He raised his trident and summoned a huge wave that crashed into the ship.

The wave lifted the ship up in the air and then slammed it down into the water with great force. The ship broke into pieces and sank into the depths of the ocean.

The humans inside the ship screamed in terror as they drowned or were eaten by sharks.

Poseidon swam to Algus Profundus’s side and checked on him. He saw that he was still alive, but barely.

He healed his wound with his magic touch and gave him some air bubbles to breathe.

He said to him, “You did well, my friend. You protected your home and your master from these invaders.”

Algus Profundus smiled weakly at Poseidon.

He said to him, “Thank you, my lord. You saved me and the ocean.”

Poseidon smiled back at Algus Profundus.

He said to him, “You are welcome, my friend. You are a hero and a friend of Poseidon.”
