Kingfisher’s Corner Media™ (a property of a soon to be formed Series LLC) is launching into the blockchain ecosystem via Ethereum and Polygon. Listed below are the official final details surrounding this process.

Effective May 13th, 2023 Lifetime Digital Access Passes will be minted. A mint is the release of these passes via a smart contract to the blockchain where they will live into perpetuity. The bearers of these passes will enjoy the following benefits:

This is a one time only offer to maximize the value of the passes. Additional mints in the future will be more narrowly focused and specific to individual benefits (included in but not exclusive to) the list above. The mint size will be determined by the private and public access periods with will be available for \~6 days.

Mint price will be .0513 ETH, approx. 97 Matic, approx.43 $BHNY approx.$100 USD, approx.$136 CAD. Included as a thank you gift will be a copy of “Welcome to The Access Age” e-book as unlockable content.

Public access will be available to anyone not included in the private access. This will start approx. 24 hours after the private access period closes. Mint price will be 38% above the private access rate sheet.

**Distribution of mint proceeds**

\

1. 10% will be reserved as a creator royalty
2. 5% reserved for the core team
3. 2% contribution to the SBU DAO Treasury
4. 83% used as operating capital to fund the company’s initiatives for 2023

Maximum mint will be 13 units per wallet. Any wallet minting greater than 5 will receive the added benefit of enlisting the team for future localized community outreach support for a hosted event.

We had a great week in programming after refocusing our efforts on “Welcome to The Access Age” masterclass content. Even though the software we purchased was too unstable for use, we pushed through and persevered. By the end of the week, we got Facebook Live online. Although I need to make some adjustments to frame rate speeds on the backend, we at least have that footage that will be added to our library of content that can be repurposed for other uses. We will be adding an extra show next week for our first AMA related to the digital access pass mint on May 13th. Please check the community calendar here for the details.

Excited to welcome our original co-host back to the space and we added a new one to the fold. With Mister G in our back pocket this will give us 3 co-hosts that can rotate if necessary. I am excited for the growth and how this content is gaining traction. Let’s get into the show recap:
