The Dragon and the Flower

There once was a dragon who lived in a cave near a forest. He was a fire dragon, and he could breathe flames and fly at high speeds. He was also very lonely, for he had no friends or family to keep him company. He spent his days hunting for food, exploring the land, and guarding his treasure.

One day, he decided to venture into the forest, hoping to find something new and interesting. He flew over the trees, scanning the ground for any signs of life. He saw many animals, such as deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds, but they all ran away from him in fear. He also saw many plants, such as grass, ferns, mushrooms, and berries, but they all looked dull and boring to him.

He was about to give up and return to his cave, when he spotted something that caught his eye. It was a flower, unlike any he had ever seen before. It was purple in color, with delicate petals and a sweet fragrance. It was an orchid, a rare and exotic flower that symbolized love, luxury, refinement, and mystery.

The dragon was curious and enchanted by the flower. He landed near it and approached it slowly. He sniffed it gently and felt a warm sensation in his chest. He touched it softly and felt a tingling sensation in his claws. He smiled and felt a happy sensation in his heart.

He decided to take the flower with him to his cave. He carefully plucked it from the ground and held it in his mouth. He flew back to his cave with the flower, feeling excited and content.

He placed the flower on a pile of gold coins in his cave. He admired its beauty and grace. He felt its presence and charm. He named it Lily, after the flower that symbolized purity, innocence, and peace.

He began to talk to the flower every day. He told it stories about his life, his dreams, his fears, and his hopes. He asked it questions about itself, its origin, its meaning, and its purpose. He listened to its silence as if it were an answer.

The dragon was no longer lonely.

He carefully picked up the flower from the pile of gold coins and held it in his mouth. He flew out of the cave with the flower, feeling excited and proud.

The dragon then showed the flower the lake, where he often drank water. He dived into the water with the flower, making sure not to wet it or harm it. He showed the flower the different fish, plants, and rocks that lived there. He told the flower stories about his swims, dives, and splashes in the lake.

The flower was enchanted by the clarity and freshness of water in the lake. It saw many shades, patterns, and textures of aquatic life and minerals. It felt many sensations, temperatures, and pressures of water currents and waves. It tasted many flavors, salts, and minerals of water droplets.

The dragon then showed the flower the mountain, where he often rested. He climbed up to the peak with the flower, making sure not to drop it or crush it. He showed the flower the different rocks, plants, and clouds that lived there. He told the flower stories about his climbs, jumps, and flights in the mountain.

The flower was awed by the height and majesty of the mountain. It saw many angles, perspectives, and views of land and sky. It felt many breezes, gusts, and winds of air currents and storms. It heard many echoes, rumbles, and thunders of rocks falling and lightning striking.

The dragon then showed the flower the volcano, where he often played. He flew over the crater with the flower, making sure not to burn it or scorch it. He showed the flower the different lava flows, rocks, and smoke that lived there. He told the flower stories about his fires, explosions, and blasts in the volcano.

The flower was stunned by the heat and power of the volcano. It saw many sparks, flames, and flashes of fire and lightning. It felt many vibrations, shocks, and tremors of earth and thunder. It smelled many fumes, gases, and ashes of smoke and sulfur.

The dragon then showed the flower the sky, where he often flew. He soared through the air with the flower, making sure not to lose it or drop it. He showed the flower the different stars, planets, and moons that lived there. He told the flower stories about his flights, glides, and loops in the sky.

The flower was dazzled by the light and beauty of the sky. It saw many colors, shapes, and sizes of celestial bodies and phenomena. It felt many rays, beams, and glows of sun, moon, and stars. It heard many songs, whispers, and silences of wind, birds, and space.

The dragon then returned to his cave with the flower. He placed it back on his pile of gold coins. He thanked it for accompanying him on his journey. He asked it if it enjoyed seeing the world.

The flower nodded its petals. It said it loved seeing the world. It said it was grateful for having such a wonderful friend. It said it was happy to be with him.

The dragon smiled his teeth. He said he loved showing him the world. He said he was lucky to have such a beautiful friend. He said he was happy to be with him.

The dragon and the flower hugged each other with their fire and fragrance. They fell asleep in each other’s embrace.

They dreamed of each other and the world.
