Dudley had convinced himself he was a natural-born skateboarder. He wasn’t. But with a fresh board, some tunes, and a little pre-skate inspiration, he was ready to shred the local park.

"This is gonna be epic," he mumbled through a cloud of smoke, adjusting his backwards cap like he’d been skating for years. Spoiler alert: he hadn’t.

He hopped on the board, wobbling a bit but managing to glide down the sidewalk. "Yeah, I got this," he thought. That’s when he spotted the skatepark ahead—full of actual skaters doing flips and tricks like pros.

"No big deal, I’ll just, you know, do a little warm-up."

Dudley rolled towards the ramp. It looked... steeper up close. He hesitated for a moment, then took a deep breath. "Alright, time to impress!"

He pushed off and immediately regretted it. The board zoomed faster than he expected, and before he knew it, he was flying down the ramp at what felt like warp speed.

"Whoa! WHOA! WOOOOOAH!" Dudley flailed his arms, trying to keep his balance, but it was no use. The board slipped out from under him, and he found himself airborne, time slowing down as he gracefully tumbled—face-first—into the grass beside the ramp.

He groaned, staring up at the sky, now half-covered in dirt. A group of skaters watched the whole thing, trying to hold back laughter.

"You alright, dude?" one asked, rolling over.

Dudley sat up, dazed but still smiling. "Yeah, man. Totally... just practicing my landings. Gotta start small, you know?"

His board, meanwhile, had rolled off and was gently nudged back to him by a curious squirrel. Dudley picked it up and stood, brushing himself off.

"Alright," he said, eyes narrowing at the ramp. "Round two. Maybe... smaller ramp this time." #Dudley420 #dudleybud
