A 121 Day SMART Goal

Heartthrob is a passionate and creative artist who loves to make FlowersOfAppreciation for people. He has a vision of spreading joy and gratitude through his art, and he wants to share it with the world. He had joined Zentaurios, a web3 platform that enabled him to create and sell his digital artworks as NFTs¹. And write these blogs. He is amazed by the possibilities and opportunities that web3 offered, and he wanted to learn more and grow as an artist and a leader.

He decided to set a 121 day (1/3 of a year) SMART goal for himself, to help him achieve his vision and improve his skills. He wrote down his goal in his journal, using the SMART criteria:

Specific: I want to be a better leader and communicator in the Zentaurios community, by hosting space, bringing awareness to mental health and connection, leading my project FlowersOfAppreciation, and building relationships.

Measurable: I will host space for at least one hour every week, where I will invite other artists and creators to join me in a X Space. I will share my insights, tips, and feedback on creating flowers of appreciation, and I will also showcase some of my latest works. I will also participate in at least one collaborative project every month, where I will work with other artists on a theme or a challenge. I will contribute my ideas, skills, and resources to the project, and I will also support and encourage my teammates and community. I will also connect with at least three new people every week, either from the Zentaurios platform or from other social platforms. I will introduce myself, express my interest in their work, and ask them questions.

Achievable: I believe this goal is achievable for me, because I have the time, the tools, and the motivation to do it. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to host space at different times of the day or week. I have access to several platforms including Zentaurios’s features and functions that enable me to create and share my art and ideas easily. I also have a strong passion for web3 and NFTs, and I want to learn more and grow more.

Relevant: This goal is relevant for me, because it aligns with my vision and values and comes from my own personal experiances. I want to spread joy and gratitude through my art, and by hosting space, leading projects, and building relationships, I can do that more effectively. I can also improve my skills as an artist and a leader, by learning from others, sharing my knowledge, and challenging myself.

Time-bound: This goal is time-bound, because I have set a deadline of 121 days to achieve it. I will start today, October 2nd 2023, and I will not finish, I will continue untill the time to update my goals. I will track my progress every week, by writing down what I did, what I learned, and what I need to improve. Makin memo notes in my calander.

Heartthrob felt excited and confident about his goal. He knew it would not be easy, but he was ready to face the challenges and opportunities that awaited him. He closed his journal, opened his laptop, and logged into Zentaurios. He clicked on the “Create Post” button, typed in his title and description, and started this blog. He smiled and said:

“Hello everyone! This is Heartthrob_FAE², your friendly flower artist. Welcome to my space! Today, I want to share with you something very special: my 121 day SMART goal!”

Heartthrob explained his 121 day SMART goal to his viewers, who were impressed and curious about his plan. He told them that he wanted to be a better leader and communicator in the community, because he believed that web3 and NFTs were not only a way of making art, but also a way of making a difference. He said that he wanted to inspire and empower other artists and creators to express themselves, to collaborate, and to create value for themselves and others.

He also shared with them a concept that he had learned from a book he had read recently, called “The Power of Spelling: How Words Can Shape Your Reality”. The book claimed that spelling was derived from the term spell, and that a spell was the focus and force of will and energy to change the universe to attract like energy. The book argued that by writing something down, you were performing a kind of creation magick, because you were giving form and intention to your thoughts and desires.

Heartthrob said that he found this concept fascinating and empowering, because it made him realize that his words had power, not only in his art, but also in his life. He said that he wanted to use his words wisely, to create positive and meaningful outcomes for himself and others. He said that he wanted to use his words as spells, to manifest his vision and his goal.

He then invited his viewers to join him in a simple exercise. He asked them to write down one word that represented their goal or their vision for the next 121 days. He said that they could use any language, any alphabet, or any symbol they wanted. He said that they should write it down on a piece of paper, on their phone, or on their computer. He said that they should write it down with conviction and clarity, as if they were casting a spell or saying a prayer.

He gave them a few seconds to do so, and then he showed them his word. He had written it in big letters on a whiteboard behind him. It was “FLOWER”. He explained that this word represented his goal of spreading joy and gratitude through his art, as well as his vision of creating a more beautiful and harmonious world. He smiled and said:

“This is my word. This is my spell. This is my magick. What is yours?” ***See Picture***
